Admission 入場安排

1. Guests must present the e-ticket for boarding the shuttle bus and entering the Tai Po Campus on the day of Graduation Ceremony. Each ticket is for one guest only. Children aged three or below are not allowed to be admitted.
   有來賓於畢業典禮當天乘搭穿梭巴士及進入大埔校園時必須出示入場券。每張入場券只限一位人士入場，三歲或以下小童恕不招待。
2. Due to limited seats in the Ceremony Arena, seating for guests is assigned in advance on a first-come-first-served basis during the registration period. Guests should take your seat according to the seat number assigned on the e-ticket.
   由於典禮會場座位有限，大會已於登記階段按「先到先得」形式為來賓分配座位，來賓請按照入場券上的座位編號於典禮會場入座。
3. For guests who will be seated in the Lecture Theatre to watch the live broadcast of the Ceremony, guest admission will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
   將會於演講廳觀看直播的嘉賓，由於會場座位有限，來賓將依大會安排以「先到先得」形式入座。

4. 4. You should only take photographs or videos within your own seating area and are not permitted to use flash.
   請勿離開座位範圍攝影或錄影，場內拍攝嚴禁使用閃光燈。

Other House Rules 其他場內規定

5. Individuals who act in a disorderly manner or disturb the holding of the Ceremony will be invited to leave the Arena or Live Broadcast Venue.
   任何人士若作出不適當行為或影響典禮進行，均會被邀請離開會場或直播場地。
6. No drinking, eating or smoking in the Ceremony Arena or Live Broadcast Venue is allowed.
   場館及直播會場嚴禁吸煙及飲食。
7. Please switch off your mobile phones and any other ringing electronic devices or set them to silent mode to avoid disruption during the holding of the Ceremony.
   請關掉手提電話及其他響鬧裝置，或設置為靜音模式，以免影響典禮進行。
8. No pets or unauthorized animals are allowed on the campus (except for guide dogs).
   嚴禁攜帶寵物或未經許可動物進入校園（導盲犬除外）。
9. The Ceremony will be photographed and video-recorded for archival, educational, and related promotional purposes. By attending or participating in such an event, you are expressly giving your consent to be photographed and video recorded, and have thus waived any and all claims regarding EdUHK's use of your image.
   校方將在典禮期間進行拍攝及錄影，以作紀錄、教育及宣傳用途。畢業生登記出席典禮，即表示已同意被攝影及錄影，並放棄就香港教育大學使用你的錄像提出任何申索。
