To support the environmental sustainability of our community, the University is going to launch an e-version of graduate booklet for the Graduation Ceremony 2024. Instead of distributing graduate booklets in paper format at the ceremonies, graduates can download an e-version of booklet on our website and keep it as a good memory.

The graduate booklet will be available HERE for downloading and review from mid-November to late December. The e-booklet will be removed after the Graduation Ceremony 2024. Graduates are recommended to download it for retention before late December.

Since the e-booklet contains the personal information of the graduates (e.g., graduates’ full name, study programmes and the honours and awards attained, etc.), graduates are reminded NOT to share it with the third parties/ publish to the web.
