Graduation Ceremony 2024, Faculty of Humanities
The FHM Graduation Ceremony 2024 of the Faculty of Humanities (FHM) will be held on Saturday, 30 November 2024, at Lecture Theatre C-LP-11, Tai Po Campus, EdUHK.
FHM Certificate Holder
FHM has prepared a graduation souvenir, a certificate holder, for you to collect after completing the graduation survey. Here are the steps to get your certificate holder:
Step 1:
Complete the Online Graduation Survey. Step 2:
Visit the FHM Souvenir Counter (opposite to B4-LP-10) on 30 November 2024 (Sat)
Session 4 (2:00pm – 2:45pm)
Session 5 (5:00pm – 6:00pm) Step 3:
Present your (1) HKID/Passport/Student ID, and (2) screen capture of the “thank you message” after completing the survey to the staff. Step 4:
Collect your graduation souvenir!
**Certificate holders will be delivered by first-come, first-served for each session.
**If you are not able to collect it in person, you can authorise a representative to collect it for you from 5:30pm to 6:00pm with the following documents:
(1) The completed authorisation letter signed by you (digital copies are not accepted); and
(2) The supporting document of the identity of your representative (e.g. HKID card/Passport/Student ID, digital copies are not accepted).

You can also collect the certificate holder at the FHM Faculty Office (B2-G/F-04) from 2 December 2024 (Monday) to 13 December 2024 (Friday) [Mon-Fri 9:00am-12:00nn and 2:00pm-5:00pm, except public holidays] by following the steps above.
