Graduation Ceremony 2025, Faculty of Humanities
The Graduation Ceremony 2025 of the Faculty of Humanities (FHM) will be held on 21 November 2025 (Friday) and 22 November 2025 (Saturday), at H.Y. Cheung Sports Hall (Block E, E-LP2), Tai Po Campus, EdUHK.

FHM Certificate Holder
FHM has prepared a graduation souvenir—a certificate holder—for FHM graduates to collect. Please follow the steps below to receive your certificate holder:
Step 1:
Follow/Subscribe to one of FHM’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Weibo). Step 2:
Visit the FHM Souvenir Counter at the FHM Faculty Office (B2-G/F-04) during the following sessions:
• Session 8: Friday, 21 November 2025, 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
• Session 9: Saturday, 22 November 2025, 11:00 am – 12:00 nn Step 3:
Present your (1) HKID/Passport/Student ID, and (2) show proof that you have followed/subscribed to the FHM’s social media platform. Step 4:
Collect your graduation souvenir. Notes:
1. Certificate holders will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis during each session.
2. If you are not able to collect the certificate holder in person, you may authorise a representative to collect it on your behalf during the designated sessions mentioned above.
Your representative must present:
• A completed and signed authorisation letter (digital copies are not accepted); and
• A valid identity document of the representative (e.g., HKID/Passport/Student ID; digital copies are not accepted). |
You can also collect the certificate holder at the FHM Faculty Office (B2-G/F-04) from 24 November 2025 to 5 December 2025 during Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 12:00 nn and 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, except public holidays, by following the steps above.
