In 2025, the Graduation Ceremony will be conducted on a faculty/school/academy basis from 19 November to 22 November 2025. To attend your Graduation Ceremony, you are required to complete the online registration within the stipulated period listed below:

Admission and Guest Tickets | Each graduate is ONLY entitled to have ONE admission ticket and TWO guest tickets** for the ceremony **Graduates and guests must present the tickets for boarding the University Shuttle bus at University Station and entering the campus on the day of the Graduation Ceremony.
The tickets will be posted by surface mail to those graduates who have registered to attend the graduation ceremony. (Graduate MUST provide up-to-date mailing address during Online Registration) |

Important Notes
Academic Dress
At the Ceremony, you are required to wear full academic dress appropriate for your degree or diploma. Please note that the University’s designated supplier has provided loan service of academic dress. Please also visit the details of Rental of Academic Dress if required.
All graduates attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to refer to the Dress Code and wear the full set of academic dress appropriate for your degree or diploma. Graduates not in full or incorrect academic dress or in wrong subject discipline colour WILL NOT be allowed to enter the Arena and will be arranged to be seated separately to watch broadcasts. Please refer to Academic Dress (Subject Discipline Colour of Programme/Hood) for the designated subject discipline colour of your programme. Additionally, please review Rental of Academic Dress if required rental option.
Graduates’Admission Tickets
After the online registration period, admission tickets and guest tickets will be mailed to the registered graduates nearer the time. Each graduate is entitled to receive ONE graduate ticket and TWO guest tickets.
Graduates and your guests must present the tickets for boarding the shuttle bus and entering the campus on the day of the Graduation Ceremony. Graduates and guests without admission tickets will not be allowed to enter the campus.
Due to limited seats in the Ceremony arena, admission of guests to the arena will be on a first-come-first-served basis. When the arena reaches capacity, guests will be directed to be seated in other designated venues where they can watch a live broadcast of the Ceremony.
Before attending the Graduation Ceremony, please observe the Rules printed on the back of the admission ticket for graduates and guests.
