Registration for Your Graduation Ceremony


In 2026, the Graduation Ceremony will be conducted on a faculty/school/academy basis from 19 November to 28 November 2026.


Online Registration

To attend your Graduation Ceremony, you are required to complete the online registration within the stipulated period according to the Schedule of Ceremony. For details, please refer to the table below:

Admission and Guest Tickets

  1. Due to limited seats in the Ceremony Arena, seating for guests will be assigned in advance on a first-come-first-served basis during the registration period. Once all the seats in the arena are filled, remaining guests will be seated in the Lecture Theatre in the New Academic Building to watch a live broadcast of the Ceremony.
  2. Each graduate is entitled to receive ONE graduate e-ticket and up to TWO guest e-tickets. No printed tickets will be issued.
  3. On the day of the Graduation Ceremony, graduates and guests must present the e-tickets (on your phone or a printed copy) for boarding the shuttle bus and entering the campus. Graduates and guests without valid e-tickets will not be allowed to enter the campus.


Proper Attire

  1. All graduates attending the Ceremony must wear a full set of proper academic dress. You are advised to read through the Dress Code and Guidelines for Academic Dress and check the Colour of Gown and Hoods. Graduates with incorrect academic dress / wrong hood colour/ improper decorations WILL NOT be allowed to enter the Ceremony Arena or be presented on stage.
