1. 畢業生於畢業典禮當天乘搭大學穿梭巴士及進入大埔校園時必須出示此入場券。每張入場券只限一位畢業生入場。 2. 畢業生必須於典禮開始前45分鐘到達「畢業生報到處」，出示入場券領取印有其姓名及座位編號的卡片，並進入會場進行綵排。 3. 因場館座位有限，畢業生嚴禁擅自調位。 4. 畢業生須正確穿著畢業袍及參照服裝規定 (詳情請參閱 graduation.eduhk.hk/en/91)，避免額外裝飾、拖鞋或不合適鞋履／配飾。未符合規定者恕不獲准進入會場及將失去上台機會。 5. 任何人士若作出不適當行為或影響典禮進行，均會被邀請離開典禮場地。 6. 校方有權決定是否讓遲到的畢業生入場，亦有權決定其入場之安排。遲到的畢業生或會失去上台機會。 7. 請勿離開座位範圍攝影或錄影，場內拍攝嚴禁使用閃光燈。 8. 場內嚴禁吸煙及飲食。 9. 請關掉手提電話及其他響鬧裝置，以免影響典禮進行。 10. 嚴禁攜帶寵物或未經許可動物進入校園(導盲犬除外)。	1. Graduate must present this ticket for boarding the University shuttle bus and entering the Tai Po Campus on the day of Graduation Ceremony. Each ticket is for one graduate only. 2. Graduates must arrive at the ‘Graduate Reporting Counter’ 45 minutes before the Ceremony starts to collect their graduate card bearing their name and a pre-assigned seat number by presenting the graduate ticket at the counter, and to attend the rehearsal inside the Arena. 3. Due to limited seating capacity in the Arena, graduates are forbidden to move around the seating arrangement. 4. Graduates must wear the proper academic dress and follow the dress code (details available at graduation.eduhk.hk/en/91). No extra decorations, flip flops, or inappropriate footwear/adornments are allowed. Those who do not comply are strictly NOT ALLOWED to enter the Arena and move on stage. 5. Individuals who act in a disorderly manner or disturb the holding of the Ceremony will be invited to leave the Arena. 6. The University reserves the right to determine if the late arriving graduates could enter the Arena or not and to determine the entering arrangement if permissible. Late arriving graduates may lose the opportunity of walking across the stage. 7. You should only take photographs or videos within your own seating area and are not permitted to use flash. 8. No drinking, eating or smoking in the live broadcasting rooms is allowed. 9. Please switch off your mobile phones and any other ringing electronic products or devices to avoid disruption during the holding of the Ceremony. 10. No pets or unauthorized animals are allowed on the campus (except for guide dogs).
