Important Notes to Graduates
Graduate Reporting and Admission 畢業生報到與入場安排
- Graduate must present the e-ticket for boarding the shuttle bus and entering the Tai Po Campus on the day of Graduation Ceremony. Each ticket is for one graduate only.
畢業生於畢業典禮當天乘搭穿梭巴士及進入大埔校園時必須出示入場券。每張入場券只限一位畢業生入場。 - Graduates must arrive at the ‘Graduate Reporting Counter’ at least 45 minutes before the Ceremony starts to collect your stage card bearing your name and a pre-assigned seat number by presenting the QR code on your e-ticket.
畢業生必須於典禮開始前至少45分鐘到達「畢業生報到處」，出示電子入場券上的二維碼領取印有其姓名及座位編號的卡片。 - The Graduate Reporting Counter will open 60 minutes before your session and close 10 minutes before your session starts. The University reserves the right to determine whether late-arriving graduates may enter the Arena and, if permissible, the entry arrangement. Late arriving graduates may lose the opportunity of walking across the stage.
畢業生報到處將於典禮開始前60分鐘開放，並於典禮前10分鐘關閉。校方有權決定是否讓遲到的畢業生入場，亦有權決定其入場之安排。遲到的畢業生或會失去上台機會。 - Graduates will be presented individually on stage in your session. To familiarize yourselves with the on-stage procedures, please be seated in the Arena 30 minutes before the Ceremony starts to join the rehearsal.
校方將安排畢業生於指定典禮場次依序上台。畢業生請於典禮前30分鐘就座，以參與典禮綵排，熟悉上台流程。 - Fresh-cut flowers, balloons, banners, signage, and luggage are not allowed in the Ceremony Arena. You may temporarily store them for free at the Cloak Room before attending the Ceremony.
請勿携帶鮮花、氣球、橫額、手牌與行李進入會場，畢業生可於入場前將相關物品免費寄放在行李寄存處。 - Due to limited seating capacity in the Arena, graduates are forbidden to move around the seating arrangement.
因場館座位有限，畢業生嚴禁擅自調位。
Proper Attire 服飾規定
- All graduates attending the Ceremony must wear a full set of proper academic dress. You are advised to read through the Dress Code and Attire Guidelines and check the Colour of Gown and Hoods on the University’s Graduation Ceremony website. Graduates with incorrect academic dress / wrong hood colour/ improper decorations WILL NOT be allowed to enter the Ceremony Arena or be presented on stage.
出席典禮的畢業生須正確穿著全套畢業袍，詳情請參照相關服裝規定及畢業袍穿著指引。畢業袍或披肩顏色不正確、穿戴不合規裝飾的畢業生恕不獲准進入會場及將失去上台機會。
Photos and Video Taking 拍攝規定
- You should only take photographs or videos within your own seating area and are not permitted to use flash.
請勿離開座位範圍攝影或錄影，場內拍攝嚴禁使用閃光燈。
Other House Rules 其他場內規定
- Individuals who act in a disorderly manner or disturb the holding of the Ceremony will be invited to leave the Arena.
任何人士若作出不適當行為或影響典禮進行，均會被邀請離開典禮場地。 - No drinking, eating or smoking in the Arena is allowed.
場內嚴禁吸煙及飲食。 - Please switch off your mobile phones and any other ringing electronic devices or set them to silent mode to avoid disruption during the holding of the Ceremony.
請關掉手提電話及其他響鬧裝置，或設置為靜音模式，以免影響典禮進行。 - No pets or unauthorized animals are allowed on the campus (except for guide dogs).
嚴禁攜帶寵物或未經許可動物進入校園（導盲犬除外）。 - The Ceremony will be photographed and video-recorded for archival, educational, and related promotional purposes. By attending or participating in such an event, you are expressly giving your consent to be photographed and video recorded, and have thus waived any and all claims regarding EdUHK's use of your image.
校方將在典禮期間進行拍攝及錄影，以作紀錄、教育及宣傳用途。畢業生登記出席典禮，即表示已同意被攝影及錄影，並放棄就香港教育大學使用你的錄像提出任何申索。
