Re: Special Traffic Arrangement during Graduation Ceremony 2023

Congratulations for completing your study with the EdUHK!

We refer to the Graduation Ceremony 2023 which will be held on 4 consecutive Saturdays from 25 November to 16 December 2023. Whilst we shall make our best efforts to ensure smooth proceeding of the Ceremony, your prior notice of the following information will certainly facilitate your access to EdUHK on the day of Ceremony.

• Free U Shuttle Service
  Frequency of U Shuttle service between Tai Po Campus and University MTR Station will be strengthened for guests and students. All passengers must present their Admission Tickets upon boarding and need not pay any fare. Relevant U Shuttle schedule is attached for your information.

• Hourly Parking for Graduands
  Pre-booked hourly parking will be available for graduands on the respective days of Ceremony. Each graduand is eligible for making ONE reservation on their own day of Ceremony ONLY. The updated parking fees (to be paid by Octopus ONLY and there is a 7-11 Convenience Store on the campus for adding value if needed) are as follows:

A confirmation email will be sent to you after completion. Please present the email screenshot upon entry.

Unless with prior approval, no guest’s private or hiring vehicles will be allowed to enter the campus. All guests are strongly recommended to make use of the free U Shuttle or public transportation including KMB 74K and GMB26 Services for which we have requested extra services on the days of Ceremony.
