Re: Traffic Arrangement during Graduation Ceremony 2024

Congratulations on completion of your study with the EdUHK!

We refer to the Graduation Ceremony 2024 to be held on 16, 30 November and 7 December 2024. Whilst we shall make our best efforts to ensure smooth proceeding of the Ceremony, your prior acknowledgement of the following arrangements will certainly facilitate your access to EdUHK on the day of Ceremony.

• Free Shuttle Service
  Frequency of our Free Shuttle service between Tai Po Campus and University MTR Station will be strengthened for guests and students. All passengers must present their Admission Tickets upon boarding. Relevant Free Shuttle schedule is attached for your information.

• Hourly Parking for Graduands
  Pre-booked hourly parking will be available for graduands on the respective days of Ceremony. Each graduand is eligible to lodge ONE reservation on their own day of Ceremony ONLY. The applicable fees (to be paid by Octopus ONLY and there is a 7-11 Convenience Store on the campus for adding value if needed) are as follows:

A confirmation email will be sent to you after completion. Please present the email screenshot to duty guard upon entry and follow their directions.

No guest’s private or hiring vehicles will be allowed to enter the campus. You are strongly recommended to make use of the Free Shuttle or public transportation including KMB 74K and GMB26 for which we have requested extra services on the days of Ceremony.
