Re: Traffic Arrangement during Graduation Ceremony 2025
Congratulations on your completion of study with the EdUHK!
We refer to the Graduation Ceremony 2025 to be held between 19 and 22 November 2025. Whilst we shall make our best efforts to ensure smooth proceeding of the Ceremony, your prior acknowledgement of the following arrangements will certainly facilitate your access to EdUHK on the day of Ceremony.
Free Shuttle Service (from Kowloon Tong MTR Station to/from Tai Po Campus)
Frequency of Free Shuttle Service between Kowloon Tong MTR Station will be scheduled before and after each session for graduands and guests. All passengers must present their Admission Tickets or Email Confirmation from the Registry upon boarding. Relevant Free Shuttle schedule is attached for your information.
Hourly Parking for Graduands
Due to this year's graduation ceremony coincides with the normal teaching days, the campus will continue to operate as usual. Only limited visitor car parking spaces will be provided on the respective days. Pre-booked hourly parking will be available for graduands on the respective days of Ceremony. The application period will be commenced from 10 November on first-come-first serve basis. Each graduand is eligible for making ONE VEHICLE reservation on his/ her own session ONLY. The applicable parking fees (to be paid by Octopus ONLY and there is a 7-11 Convenience Store on the campus for adding value if needed) are as follows:

A confirmation email will be sent to you after completion. Please present the email screenshot to the duty guard upon entry and follow their directions.
No guest’s private or hiring vehicles will be allowed to enter the campus. You are strongly recommended to make use of the Free Shuttles or other public transportation including KMB 74K and GMB26 for which we have requested extra services on the days of Ceremony.
